Created in July 2002,  Emalto Foundation has the purpose to improve human promotion, valuing people’s dignity, respect and citizenship by means of projects and actions that engage both the company and the community. Its participation policy brings everyone positive results  making a place for Emalto in Steel Valley’s social and cultural movements.

Integration through music

Supporting talents is something Emalto Foundation is proud of. Otherwise, music allows the integration of young people,  employee’s children and those coming  from the community. For that Emalto Foundation offers guitar lessons that have already formed dozens of students, as well as trumpet, street dancing and pedagogical support  courses.
